This is the front cover of a catalogue insert, which was available in the  1965 catalogue for distribution in 1966.

 and the rear This catalogue included the very desirable Canadian Pacific items, the very rare brown CN Snow Plough plus the Budd Railcar with 'Canadian National' spelled out which was never produced
