French VB/Tri-ang and Tri-ang/Hornby Acho Catalogues 

In the early 1960's Tri-ang were looking to get into the European market and bought the small firm of VB who were based in Paris and plans were made to move production to a new factory in Calais.

Following the takeover of Hornby Dublo by Tri-ang, they then built upon the reputation of Hornby (Acho). A few joint catalogues were produced for the French market featuring the HO scale Hornby (Acho) and selected Tri-ang models. The VB models closed in 1962.
