There are several companies advertising Hornby (Tri-ang/Hornby) spare parts in the modelling press and some still retain original Tri-ang pattern spares even in 2021. I have had no personal dealings with any of them so far but list them here for reference.

Auctions of Tri-ang items
Then there's always the auction sites like Ebay for potential gems. Ebay has now got sites in the UK, France, Germany, Austria, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. Always worth a try.
There's also an interesting site called Virtual Swapmeet which deals mainly in Dublo but does include Tri-ang in its miscellaneous page and has contributors from around the globe for sales or wants.
If you're flush there are several auction houses in the UK who specialise in toy auctions, the best being Barry Potter at Vectis.
